Ongoing Self - Care Tuesday Classes - Tuesdays 10:00 am – 10:30 am EST
In this ongoing series, I encourage freedom from our habituated patterns of holding stress in our bodies which contribute to many imbalances. This class invites the deep tuning into our own innate wisdom to allow our bodies to move in ways that work best for each individual. Using this as our guiding principle, we will engage in a fluid unfolding of body-based practices to allow for deeper unwinding and integration. Some practices include mindful body scans, body led movement, gentle release practices, brain and body balancing and strengthening exercises, Nervous System Realignment, Qigong, and tapping to boost our immune systems. This time together will help you learn new patterns of resilience, rejuvenation, and relaxation while walking away with new practices and perspectives. I invite you to step into an opportunity to tune in and follow your own rhythms, while being in a community with others who do the same. For more detailed information please see below.

Learn simple techniques to build core resilience, balance the nervous system and deepen a healthy connection to your body. Each week we will gather online to practice shifting habituated patterns of holding stress and tune into your innate body’s wisdom. Some practices include mindfulness, gentle movement, brain and body balancing, guided visualization and boosting the immune system. In each session we will recalibrate the nervous system to increase a sense of wellbeing and improve health outcomes by decreasing the stress response in the body. With practice, these techniques build resilience which can be felt immediately in the session and will increase over time. The ongoing nature of the series strengthens connection, reduces feelings of isolation and empowers individuals with tools to address their most pressing needs for stress reduction. Even if you have taken this series before there are new skills, practices and protocols that will be taught along with opportunities to reinforce learning from the last series.

Qigong Infused Self - Care

Qigong is an ancient Eastern practice that aims to promote the movement of Qi (energy) throughout the body. It's repetitive movements and breathing practices create both energized and calm states of well-being helping to manage stress, strengthen the body and nervous system. Stuck Qi can cause imbalances of the body, mind and spirit. Self - Care is about learning to circulate your life energy throughout your body to create greater health and balance.

VIrtual Sessions for Individuals, Couples, and Families

Private virtual sessions invite you to explore your known and unknown barriers, blocks, opportunities, and gifts. These sessions offer some incredible benefits including the ability to record, learning protocols and tools through repetition, as well as new opportunities to tap into your own intuition and power to self-heal. When we heal ourselves, we also heal our genetic line. This happens without family members (past and future) doing any work themselves or knowing that you are doing yours. Energy moves in all directions through all space, time, dimensions, and universes.
Together we build a personalized self-care program specifically tailored to your own unique needs. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes in length and involve any combination of conversation and coaching in silent self-attunement, meditation, grounding, somatic protocols, brain gym, mindfulness training, nervous system regulation, energy work, neuro-repatterning, Qi gong, shamanic healing, releasing grief, exploring one's intuitive gifts, and manifesting possibilities you have always hoped for. (*All sessions are by zoom, phone, or FaceTime at this time.)
I work with clients across all generations, diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, spiritual and religious beliefs. My clients present with a range of symptoms -- from depression and anxiety to acute physical pain. Some are recovering from trauma. Others come with a deep sense that something in their life is missing or just isn't quite right.
Pulling from a large toolbox of modalities, I meet my clients where they are, creating a safe environment for transformation, joy, health, empowerment and manifestation to occur. Guided by intention and intuition, we work with the body, the mind, the spirit, the voice, the heart, the brain, the immune system, the nervous system, the hormonal system, vital Qi, and the energy field, to clear all judgements, perceptions and beliefs around who you are and what your life can become.

Self-Care Tuesdays: A Community Class For Self-Healing
Curious about becoming unstuck from limiting beliefs, worry, and stress?
Interested in manifesting a life filled with more possibility and joy?
I invite you to virtually experience Self-Care Tuesday's -- in this ongoing series, I offer practices to increase health, vitality and joy while reducing isolation, anxiety, and depression. Learn about the Autonomic Nervous System, the Polyvagal Theory, the Brain-Body connection, how to feel support and connection in a virtual community, and how to release harmful stress hormones (cortisol/adrenaline) while cultivating life giving hormones (oxytocin/serotonin) in a safe, community setting.
Techniques include:
- Breathing Practices, Meditation, and Grounding Exercises
- Toning the Vagus Nerve and Resetting your Primal Brain (fight, flight, or freeze)
- Applied Kinesiology and Brain Gym to improve Neurological Functioning and clarity
- Joint Mobility Exercises, Qigong, Tapping, and acupressure points to bolster the immune system
- Cultivating curiosity while observing one's beliefs and habits
- Shaking for releasing body tension
- Learning to feel a sense of community connection, supported and regulation virtually

This class also includes experientially becoming educated and empowered as you learn to understand the workings of your Autonomic Nervous System through the lens of Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory. We will focus specifically on ways to strengthen and tone our Vagus Nerve which is largely responsible for our mind-body connection, in order to encourage states of greater ease, joy, and health. This class also incorporates creative expression including movement, journaling and art.
